Welcome to The Career Guidance Quality Lab
The career Guidance Quality Lab is a digital workspace developed by the Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills to support career guidance professionals in improving their practice. Based on Norway’s National Quality Framework for Career Guidance, the Lab offers tools, reflection exercises, and resources that help practitioners work systematically with quality – without formal qualification requirements. The Quality Lab was originally developed as a professional learning resource for career guidance practitioners in Norway.
